Ingredients

1 lb Flat Iron Steak, sliced thin
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 cans (14.5 oz each) beef broth
3/4 cup green onions, sliced
2 tbsp mirin or rice wine vinegar
6 cups Asian-style noodles, cooked
1/2 cup carrots, shredded

Instructions

Prepare Beef: Slice the steak into thin strips. Heat 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ginger and garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Add half the beef and cook until no longer pink, about 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining oil and beef. Season as desired.

Make Broth: Add broth, green onions, and mirin to the skillet. Boil, then reduce to simmer for 8–10 minutes.

Assemble Bowls: Divide noodles and beef among 4 bowls. Boil the broth and pour it over each bowl. Garnish with carrots.
