Ingredients
20 large wonton wrappers
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 ½ tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup marinara sauce
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
1
In a large bowl, mix together ricotta, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, chicken bouillon, and garlic powder until well combined. If the mixture feels dry, add one egg to help bind it.
2
Lay the wonton wrappers flat. Add 1-2 tsp of filling to the center of each wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrappers with water, then fold and seal them into triangles or squares.
3
Choose your cooking method:
- **Deep Fry:** Heat vegetable oil and fry the wontons until crispy and golden brown.
- **Air Fry:** Air-fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- **Bake:** Bake at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, or until crispy.
4
Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping. For a twist, blend your favorite salsa with a teaspoon of cornstarch, heat until thickened, and use as a dip.
