For the Dressing:
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
