Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1-2 cups marinara sauce
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
