Ingredients

4 beef Tri-Tip Steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 4 ounces each)
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon honey
Salt (optional)
3 cups tri-color coleslaw mix (with green cabbage, red cabbage and carrots)
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and thinly sliced
8 medium whole wheat flour tortillas (8 to 10-inch diameter), warmed

Instructions

1
Begin by combining ground cinnamon and pepper in a small bowl. Press this flavorful mixture evenly onto the beef steaks.
2
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until it becomes hot. Place the seasoned steaks in the skillet and cook them for 9 to 12 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness, whether it's medium rare or medium. Remember to turn the steaks occasionally for even cooking.
3
While the steaks are cooking, prepare the delicious hoisin sauce. In a large bowl, mix the hoisin sauce and honey together until well combined.
4
Once the steaks are cooked to perfection, carve them into thin slices. You can season the slices with a pinch of salt if you desire.
5
Add the steak slices, coleslaw mix, and thinly sliced Granny Smith apple to the hoisin mixture. Toss everything together to ensure the ingredients are well coated with the delightful sauce.
6
Now, it's time to assemble the wraps. Place equal amounts of the beef mixture down the center of each warmed tortilla, leaving a 1-1/2-inch border on both the right and left sides.
7
Carefully fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up and over the filling. Next, fold the right and left sides of the tortilla to the center, overlapping the edges to create a secure wrap. If needed, you can use wooden picks to hold the wraps together.
8
Voilà! Your Mu Shu Steak & Apple Wraps are ready to be served. Enjoy these delectable wraps as a delightful lunch or a quick and satisfying dinner option.
