Springtime Pasta with Peas and Shrimp

Ingredients

1 lb package medium shell pasta
1 small onion, diced
1 package frozen peas
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups shelled shrimp
4 chicken breasts
Seasoning of your choice
Olive oil

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain it, and set it aside.

Heat a large saute pan on the stove and lightly coat the bottom with olive oil.

Add the diced onion to the pan and saute for a couple of minutes until it becomes fragrant.

Add the frozen peas, diced tomatoes, fresh spinach, and shelled shrimp to the pan. Saute everything together until the shrimp are cooked.

Add the cooked and drained pasta to the pan and mix everything together.

Season the chicken with your desired seasoning and grill until fully cooked.

Serve the grilled chicken with the pasta and enjoy!
