Ingredients
For the Burrito:
6 large flour tortillas
3 cups cooked black beans
2 cups shredded beef
6 cups cooked cilantro lime rice
6 cups shredded cheese
Prepared salsa
2 cups prepared green enchilada sauce

Prepare all your ingredients in advance for easy assembly.

To make the cilantro lime rice, cook the rice according to package instructions, then fold in the zest, lime juice, and chopped cilantro after it's cooked.

Heat the black beans and shredded beef in separate pans and set aside.
