Chicken and Mushroom Pizza
Delicious chicken and mushroom chicken pizza is a must make idea for dinner.
Ingredients
For the Pizza Dough:
4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast
1/3 cup olive oil
For the Toppings:
1 rotisserie chicken picked clean
6 cups sliced mushrooms
2 cups crushed tomatoes
1 can Italian style tomato paste
8 cups shredded cheese
Instructions

To make the dough, add the flour, water, salt, yeast and olive oil into the bowl of your mixer and mix/knead for 10-15 minutes. Cover the dough and let it double in size. Divide into two equal portions to make two pizzas.

Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.

Roll one dough portion into a round pizza. Divide the toppings in two portions and build one pizza with half of the toppings. Repeat with the second pizza.

Bake off each pizza for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

Remove from the oven, cut and serve.
