Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts
I love this recipe! Bacon drippings, garlic, onions and brussel sprouts combine to make an amazing side dish that’s perfect for any holiday.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts, cut in half
1/2 pound bacon
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the bacon in a large pan and add the prepared brussel sprouts, garlic and thinly sliced onion. Sauté everything together, coating the brussel sprouts in the bacon drippings.

Transfer the brussel sprouts to a baking sheet you’ve sprayed with cooking spray.

Place the brussel sprouts into a preheated 450 degree and roast for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
