Breakfast Sliders with Oakdell Eggs

Ingredients
4 English muffins, toasted
8 Oakdell eggs
4 sausage patties
4 slices American cheese
Vegetable spray
Season salt
Instructions

Toast the English muffins and set aside.

In your large measuring container, whisk the eggs together.

Heat a large frying pan on the stove and add four “egg rings” or small cake rings into the pan. Spray the inside of the rings well and the bottom of the frying pan with vegetable spray to prevent the eggs from sticking.

Once the rings and pan have heated, divide the eggs between the four rings by slowly pouring in the divided scrambled egg mixture between the rings.

Pour 1/8 of cup of water in the pan and cover the pan to help cook the eggs. Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.

Cook the sausage in the pan until fully cooked.
