Taco Pasta
If you like tacos, this is the pasta for you! Easy to make and filling your family and friends are going to love this!
Ingredients
1 pkg small pasta shells (16 oz)
1 pound ground hamburger
1 pkg taco seasoning
3/4 cup water
2 cups fresh pico de gallo
2 cups sliced mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain and set aside.

Heat a large pan on the stove and brown the ground hamburger (if needed, strain off excess grease).

Add the taco seasoning package to the browned hamburger, fresh pico de gallo, sliced mushrooms and 3/4 cups water. Stir, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has boiled off.

Add the cooked and drained pasta shells to the hamburger mixture. Stir to combine, add cheese of choice. I like to serve with fresh tortilla chips on the side.
