Beef Short Ribs
Delicious beef short ribs are so easy to make. The key is letting them “steam” for fall apart tenderness. Just before serving them, I’ll mark them on the grill and serve with mashed potatoes, gravy and a delicious vegetable on the side.
Ingredients
1 rack beef ribs
2-3 tbsp steak seasoning
4 cups mashed potatoes
2 cups beef gravy
Vegetable of choice
Olive oil
Instructions

Drizzle with olive oil and rub the beef short ribs with the steak seasoning (I like to use Montreal steak seasoning).

Wrap the ribs in foil and grill using indirect heat or bake for about 90 minutes at 200-220 degree’s.

Remove the ribs from the grill or oven and let them sit for 15-20 minutes. Unwrap them and let them cool.

Before serving, mark them on the grill, cut and serve.

I like to serve these with mash potatoes, gravy and a vegetable on the side.
