Tomahawk Steak

Tomahawk Steak

These steaks are really easy to cook but take a little time. Use your favorite steak seasoning, mark the steaks on a hot grill and finish cooking it in the oven.

Ingredients

1 large tomahawk steak
2-3 tbsp steak seasoning
Olive oil

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 450-500 degree’s.

Liberally sprinkle the tomahawk steak with steak seasoning (I like to use Montreal brand).

Drizzle the steak with olive oil and rub the steak seasoning into the steak.

Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Remove from the fridge, heat grill up to smoking hot and sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side to mark it.

Place the marked tomahawk steak on a baking sheet and into the oven and finish cooking it to desired doneness.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides.
