Loaded Mexican Style Pizza
This delicious loaded Mexican style pizza is fun for dinner or a weekend party.
Ingredients
Chef Bryan Pizza Dough:
4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tsp instant yeast
For the Sauce:
1 pound ground meat
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 cup pizza/marinara sauce
1 can refried beans (30 ounce can)
For the Pizza:
4-5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 cups fresh pico de gallo
2 cups crushed Doritos Taco Seasoning Chip
Ranch Dressing
Instructions

To make the pizza dough, add the pizza ingredients into the bowl of your bread mixer and mix together, knead for ten minutes. Spray the dough with vegetable spray, let the dough double in size, divide in half for two pizzas.

To make the sauce, Heat a large saute pan on the stove, fully cook the ground meat, add the taco seasoning, 2/3 cup water and the marinara sauce. Stir together and bring to a simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in the refried beans mixing everything together.

To build the pizza, preheat your oven with your pizza stone in the oven to 500 degree’s.

Divide the dough in half and roll half of the dough into a 16-17 inch round.

Divide the sauce in half and put half on the prepared pizza round and sprinkle with half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake the pizza on the preheated stone until the cheese is melted and the crust is brown.

Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with half of the prepared greens, pico de gallo and cursed Doritos taco seasoning chips. Drizzle the top of the pizza with Ranch dressing, cut and serve.
