Garlic Glazed Pork Chops

Garlic Glazed Pork Chops

These delicious glazed pork chops are amazing and really easy to make. I served them with fondant potatoes and sautéed vegetables to finish off this wonderful meal.

Ingredients

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
4 bone in pork chops

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, hot sauce and minced garlic together until combined.

Place the pork chops in the marinade mixture, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

Remove the pork chops from the marinade, pan cook for about 5 minutes on each side.

When you turn the pork chops over, add the marinade mixture to reduce down while the pork chops are finishing up.

Spoon some of the reduced marinade glaze over the pork chops and serve with your favorite sides. On air I served them with fondant potatoes and sautéed vegetables.
