Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
Looking for a treat for dinner, grill up this delicious skirt steak for an amazing treat. When paired with my chimichurri sauce on the side, this grilled steak is perfect for dinner!
Ingredients
1 skirt steak
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1 tbsp steak seasoning
Chimichurri Sauce:
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch parsley
2 tbsp red wine rice vinegar
1 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1
In a re-sealable bag, add the skirt steak, Worcestershire sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, steak seasoning. Mix everything together to combine and let the steak marinade for a couple of hours in the refrigerator.
2
Grill the steak to medium rare, remove from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
3
To make the chimichurri sauce, add all of the ingredients to the bowl of your food processor and pulse together. If more liquid is needed, drizzle with some olive oil until the consistency you like is reached. Serve with the skirt steak and enjoy. I love serving sweet potato fries with this skirt steak.
