Roast Beef Submarine Sandwich with Garlic Parmesan Cheese Fries
I like to buy a top round beef roast and cook it to 135 degree’s internally, let it cool and slice it for my roast beef sandwiches. Serve with some yummy garlic parmesan fries for a delicious treat!
Ingredients

10 slices cheese, your choice
2 tomatoes, sliced
Lettuce leaves
Red onion, sliced
5-6 submarine sandwich loaves/rolls
4-5 potatoes
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp steak seasoning blend
Mayonnaise, mustard
Oil for deep frying
Instructions
1
Slice the submarine rolls three quarters of the way through and put your favorite condiments on it (mayonnaise, mustard, onions, cheese, lettuce…etc).
2
Build the sandwiches with your sliced roast beef and toppings.
3
To make the fries, slice the potatoes into french fries and deep fry until crispy. When they come out of the fryer, sprinkle them with the parmesan cheese and steak seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
