Meat Lovers Pizza
Are you a meat lover? If so, this pizza is for you. This pizza is topped with ham, pepperoni and Italian sausage. I hope you enjoy this pizza as much as I did!
Ingredients
Pizza Dough:
4 cups flour
1 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp season salt
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 1/2 cups water
For the Sauce:
1 can Italian style diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz can
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp freshly chopped basil
For the Toppings:
4 cups shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 cup sliced olives
2 cups sliced pepperoni
2 cups chopped ham
2 cups cooked Mild Italian Sausage
2 cups chopped bell peppers
1 medium onion, sliced
Other toppings of choice
Instructions

To make the dough, add the flour, instant yeast, extra virgin olive oil, season salt and water into the bowl of your mixer. Mix/knead for about 15 minutes. Spray a bowl and the dough with vegetable spray and let it double in size.

Preheat your oven to 500 degree’s with a pizza stone in it.

Dived the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a 16 inch (approximately) round. Brush each pizza dough with extra virgin olive oil.

Divide the the sauce and toppings between the two pizza rounds.

Place the pizzas in the preheated oven on your pizza stone and bake until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Remove from the oven, slice and serve.
