BBQ Pulled Pork/Chicken Egg Rolls
These delicious egg rolls filled with shredded chicken or pork are great ideas for party appetizers!
Ingredients
2 cups shredded pork or chicken
1 cup finely shredded cabbage
1/2 cup bbq sauce plus more for dipping
1 package large wonton wrappers
Oil for deep frying

In a large bowl, add the shredded pork or chicken along with the shredded cabbage and bbq sauce. Mix together until combined. If needed, add additional bbq sauce. To simplify the recipe, I like to use canned shredded pork and chicken to speed up the process.

Place about tbsp on the wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper and fold over the left and right sides of the wrapper and roll it up to form the egg roll. Repeat.

Heat about 3-4 inches of oil in a large pot to 350 degree’s. Deep fry the egg rolls until they are golden brown.

Serve with additional coleslaw and bbq dipping sauce on the side.
