Simple Pan Gravy
Need a simple pan gravy to complete dinner? This recipe is perfect over vegetables, biscuits, bread or meats.
Ingredients
4 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
6 cups milks
2 bullion cubes (flavor of your choice)

Melt the butter in a sauté pan. Once melted, whisk in the flour to fully incorporate the butter and flour together.

While gently whisking, pour in the milk stirring to mix everything together. Add the bullion cubes (your choice of flavor) and turn the heat to a simmer.

Gently stir the pan gravy and let it come to a simmer and thicken. Cook for about 2-3 minutes making sure all of the starch gets cooked. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve with your favorite mashed potatoes or sides.
