Oven Roasted Pork Loin Dinner

Oven Roasted Pork Loin Dinner

This delicious pork loin dinner is really easy to make for the family. Pork loin doesn’t take a long time to cook and pairs well with baked potatoes and your favorite vegetables. I like to serve cinnamon or orange rolls for dessert.

Ingredients

1 pork loin
5-6 medium size Russet potatoes
4 cups snipped green beans
Season Salt
Black Pepper
Olive oil
Butter

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 450 degree’s.

Preheat a large pan on the stove and add just enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

Season the pork loin with your favorite seasoning and pan sear it in a hot pan for a couple of minutes on both sides.

Transfer the pork loin to a baking sheet and place it in the oven until the internal temperature reaches 145 degree’s.

Clean the russet potatoes and place them on a baking sheet and into the oven to roast until they are fork tender.

Heat another large pan on the stove adding enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan. Sauté the prepared green beans in a large pan and season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until green beans are tender.

Slice the pork loin and serve with baked potatoes and green beans. Serve with your favorite condiments and enjoy.
