
Gnocchi Sage, Butter & Truffles
Rich and delicious, this recipe is a show stopper! This recipe is provided by the Sicilia Mia Group restaurants in Salt Lake City, UT

Ingredients
1 pkg prepared Gnocchi
1 stick of butter unsalted, 8 tbsp
1 cup vegetable stock
1 tbsp sage
Parmesan cheese
1 tsp shave truffle, optional
Salt and peper to taste
Instructions

Cook gnocchi according to the directions on the package.

To make the sauce, gently melt the butter in a large sauce pan. Add two tbsp on vegetable stock along with the sage and sauté for about 3 minutes. Salt and pepper as needed or to taste.

Once the gnocchi are ready, drain and add them to the sauce. Toss to coat the gnocchi in the sauce, sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese and shredded Truffles (if desired). Serve and enjoy!
