Easy Chicken Quesadilla Dippers
These easy to make chicken quesadillas are so fun to make and eat. Choose your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
1 medium size onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
10 large flour tortillas
Fajita seasoning
Ranch dressing for dipping
Olive oil
Instructions

Cook and slice the chicken and set aside.

Heat a large fry pan on the stove and add enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

Sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers in the pan until caramelized. Add the cooked and sliced chicken to the onion mixture and sauté everything together.

Cut the flour tortillas in half.

Place cut tortilla on your work surface and place some of the chicken mixture on the left side of the tortilla half.

Fold the curve side of the tortilla over on top and starting from the side of tortilla and fold the edge of the tortilla in a triangle (like spanakopita or the American flag).

Grill the prepared quesadilla seam side down and grill for a couple of minutes on both sides.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. I like to mix Ranch and sriracha mixed together!
