
Overnight Oats
These overnight oats are so easy to make. I make a simple batch the night before and than flavor them with nut, fruit and honey in the morning.

Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup chia seeds
6 cups milk
2-3 cups vanilla yogurt
2 cups walnuts
2 cups fruit of choice
Instructions

In a large sealable container, add the old fashioned oats, chia seeds and milk. Mix everything together to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to serve, mix the yogurt, walnuts and fruit together and set aside.

If needed, add additional milk (can use coconut milk, almond milk, soy milkā¦) to get the constancy of the oats you want.

In a bowl and glass jar, spoon about 1 cup of the overnight oats into the bottom. Top with about 1/2 cup of the yogurt mixture. If desired, drizzle some honey over the top. Serve and enjoy!
