Reuben Sandwich with Russian Dressing
I love a good Reuben sandwich! I start with a dark rye bread followed by lots of sliced deli corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. But it’s my homemade Russian Dressing that really makes it delicious!
Ingredients
8 slices dark rye bread
1/2 cup homemade Russian Dressing
1 pound thinly sliced deli corned beef
2 cups prepared sour kraut, drained
4 slices Swiss Cheese
Instructions

Lay the pieces of bread out on a work surface in front of you.

Divide and spread the homemade Russian dressing onto each slice of bread.

Divide the sliced deli corned beef, sour kraut and slices of swiss cheese between 4 slices of bread. Place a top slice of bread on each to complete the sandwich. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
