Key Lime Pie
This has got to be one of the easiest and most delicious pies to make. Serve with whipped cream or toppings of choice.
Ingredients
1/2 cup key lime juice
3 egg yolks
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 - 9 inch graham cracker crumb crust
Instructions

Blend the key lime juice, egg yolks and the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

Pour the blended key lime pie mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with lime zest. Enjoy!
