Ingredients

4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups buttermilk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degreeโ€™s.

Combine all dry ingredients and whisk together to combine.

Add the buttermilk to form a sticky dough. Place on a floured work surface and gently knead.

Shape into a round and place onto a baking sheet sprayed with vegetable spray. Cut a cross into the top of the bread.

Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown.
