Quick and Easy Corn Dogs
Here’s an easy way to make corn dogs using a corn muffin mix. Just make the corn muffin mix as instructed, dip the hot dogs in it and fry them up!
Ingredients
1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffins
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
hot dogs
Oil for frying
Instructions

Preheat about 4 inches of oil to 375 degree’s.

Whisk the package of Jiffy Corn Muffins, egg and milk together in a large bowl.

Dip the hot dogs in the corn muffin mixture, let the excess drip off and slowly lower the corn dog into the hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown.

Remove the corn dog from the fryer, stick a stick in it and serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
