Dark Chocolate Ganache
This delicious combination of cream and dark chocolate is amazing. Simple and easy to make, take your chocolate desserts to the next level with a dark chocolate ganache!
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups finely chopped dark chocolate
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions

Place the chopped chocolate in a large bowl.

Bring the heavy whipping cream to a boil and pour it over the chopped chocolate.

Let the cream sit for about 5 minutes to melt the chocolate. Stir the melted chocolate and cream together until fully incorporated.

Let the ganache cool slightly and use as a dipping chocolate.

To create a whipped ganache frosting, let the ganache cool completely and set. I’ll refrigerate the ganache for about an hour to speed it along. Transfer the set ganache to your mixer with the whisk attachment, whip the ganache until it is lightly and fluffy. Use as needed.
