Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast Pizza

This delicious breakfast pizza is a great idea. You can use a prepared pizza crust or use my pizza crust recipe (which is my favorite). You can use any toppings you have to customize your own breakfast pizza.

Ingredients

For the Dough: 4 cups flour
1 1/2 cup water
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast
For the Toppings: 1 dozen eggs, scrambled
1 cup Salsa Queen Queso Chipotle Dip
1 cup Chef Bryan’s Avocado Sauce from his Pork Carne Asada Tacos
1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup pineapple pieces
1 small onion, sliced
1 medium baked potato, thinly sliced
4 cups shredded cheese, your choice

Instructions

To make the dough add the flour, water, olive oil, sugar, salt and instant yeast to the bowl of your mixer. Mix and knead dough for approximately 15 minutes. transfer the dough to a large bowl that has been sprayed with vegetable spray. Spray the dough with vegetable spray, cover and let it double in size.

Divide the dough in half and roll/spread each dough piece into about 16 inch rounds or the desired size you want.

Divide the toppings between the two pizzas and bake in a preheated 450 degree oven for approximately 10-15 minutes or until the pizza is cooked and the dough edges are golden brown. Cut into serving pieces and enjoy!
