Ham and Cheese Egg Bites
These delicious egg bites are a fun brunch idea and easy to make. Create your own egg bites with your favorite fillings and enjoy a classic treat with a new twist!
Ingredients
6 large eggs
1/3 cup cream
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cups finely chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Mini muffin tin
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350 degree.

Spray a mini muffin tin with vegetable spray and set aside.

In a 2 cups glass measuring cup, crack the six eggs and whisk together. Add the cream, salt and pepper to tape. Whisk everything together to combine.

Divide the finely chopped ham, shredded cheese and finely chopped onion between the mini-muffin tin that has been spray with vegetable spray. If your not a ham and cheese fan, create your own variations.

Divide the eggs between the prepared muffin tins.

Place the filled muffin tin in the oven and about for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked through and the tops are lightly browned.

Remove from the oven, let cool about 5 minutes and then remove the egg bites from the muffin tin, serve and enjoy!
