Breakfast Monkey Bread
Need a sweet treat for breakfast, here’s a great idea, my sweet breakfast monkey bread!
Ingredients
24 Rhodes dinner rolls
1 pkg butterscotch pudding 3.5 oz pkg, cook and serve
1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional
1 stick butter, 8 tbsp
1/2 cup brown sugar
Vegetable oil spray
Instructions

Thaw out the Rhodes dinner rolls so they are soft/cold but not rising.

Spray a bundt pan with vegetable spray.

Cut the thawed dinner rolls in half and place half into the prepared bundt pan.

Sprinkle half of the package of cook and serve butterscotch pudding over the rolls in the bundt pan. If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans over the rolls in the bundt pan.

Place the remaining cut rolls into the bundt pan and sprinkle with the remaining butterscotch cook and serve pudding mix.

In a small sauce pan, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar.

Pour the melted butter and brown sugar over the rolls.

Loosely cover the the bundt pan and allow the monkey bread to double in size or until it rises to the top of the bundt pan.

Bake the monkey bread in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until fully cooked through.

Remove from the oven and very carefully, invert the monkey bread onto a plater while its hot removing the bundt pan. Allow the monkey bread to fully cool before serving, enjoy!
