Parmesan Chicken Sliders
I love sliders and these parmesan chicken sliders are a treat.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground chicken
2 eggs
1/4 cup cornstarch
2-3 tbsp Montreal Chicken Seasoning
2 tbsp dijon mustard
3/4 cups finely grated parmesan cheese
12 Rhodes dinner rolls, baked
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tbsp dry Ranch Seasoning Mix
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced red onion
Lettuce
Instructions
1
In a large bowl mix the ground chicken, eggs, cornstarch, seasoning, mustard and parmesan cheese together until combine.
2
Carefully shape the chicken patties and cook off until fully cooked. The patties will be very soft so be careful when grilling them. It is very easy to bake the patties.
3
Follow the package directions on Rhodes Bake and Serve Dinner Rolls and bake twelve rolls. I like to bake off the whole package and make sandwiches on the other rolls throughout the week.
4
Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and dry Ranch Seasoning mix together until combine.
5
To build the parmesan chicken sliders, spread the sauce over the sliced rolled and top with sliced tomatoes, lettuce and red onion. Finish with a freshly cooked chicken slider and serve with your favorite sides. I served mine with sweet Utah corn on TV.
