O-Live and Let Die Burger

Ingredients
6 hamburger patties, 1/4 pound patties
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pit removed
1 tbsp finely minced dill pickles
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1/4 cups chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
Condiments of choice (lettuce, tomatoes, onion, ketchup mustard)
Hamburger Buns
Cheese, optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Grill the hamburgers until fully cooked, remove from the grill and set aside. Add cheese to them if desired.

To make the olive tapenade: to the bowl of your food processor, add the kalamata olives (can use any olive desired), minced dill pickles, minced garlic clove, chopped onion and olive oil and pulse everything together into a tapenade. Salt and pepper to taste, set aside until ready to use. Use this as the spread on the hamburger buns.

To finish the burger, spread ketchup and mustard onto one side of the hamburger bun and top with lettuce, thinly sliced red onion and tomatoes. Spread the olive tapenade on the other side of the burger, serve with french fries and enjoy!
