Asian Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients:
2-3 pounds assorted vegetables
2 tbsp freshly minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark sesame seed oil
1/2 cup freshly chopped cilantro
Olive oil
Directions:
Heat a large skillet or wok on the stove and add just enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
Add the vegetables, minced ginger and garlic to the pan. Stir-fry until they are warmed through.
While the vegetables are cooking, mix the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame seed oil.
Pour the sauce into the vegetables and sprinkle with cilantro.
Heat the sauce through on the vegetables, serve and enjoy!
