Cake Box Cookies
The easiest and yummiest cookies ever! In a pinch, choose your favorite cake mix flavor, mix, bake, frost and serve!
Ingredients
1 cake box mix, your choice (15.25 ounce box)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Depending on which cake box flavor you use, be creative and add chocolate chips, currants, dried fruit or nuts.

In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil. Mix until everything is combined and most the cake mix lumps have been worked out.

Drop the cookies on a parchment lined baking sheet and into your preheated oven for 8 minutes.

Remove the cookies form the oven and cool completely. Frost with your favorite frosting that matches the flavor of the cookies. Serve and enjoy!
