Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball
Here’s a wonderful bacon ranch cheese ball for the holidays or any party. Serve with your favorite crackers to complete the dish.
Ingredients
16 ounces softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tsp granulated garlic
2 tbsp Ranch spice blend
1 tbsp no-salt seasoning spice blend
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp season salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
1 cup chopped, cooked bacon
1 cup chopped green onions
For the topping:
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 finely chopped green onions
1 tsp black pepper
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese along with all of the other ingredients for the cheese ball into a large bowl and and mix together until well combined.

On a large sheet of plastic wrap, spoon the cheese ball mixture onto the plastic wrap and carefully shape into ball.

Roll the cheese ball into the topping ingredients pressing on them to help them stick.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!
