Pumpkin Pie Smoothies
This Simple Cooking with Heart recipe is the taste of American Pumpkin pie in a glass, with fewer calories.
Ingredients
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/3 cup low-fat milk
2 tbsp rolled oats
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3-4 ice cubes

Add ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.

For variations, add fresh fruit like strawberries, blueberries, bananas and blend until smooth.
