Pumpkin Pie Spritzer

Pumpkin Pie Spritzers

Need a refreshing fall spritzer idea? I got ya covered with this pumpkin pie spritzer. Fresh pumpkin juice along with carrots and apples makes this fall beverage both refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh pumpkin juice
3 apples
6 carrots
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup sweet and condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Club soda
Ice

Instructions

1
To get fresh pumpkin juice, use a sweet pumpkin also known as pie pumpkins. The juicer I used to make this is an Omega juicer and it actually “chews” the fruits and vegetables and so I can send the whole pumpkin (skin and seeds) through the machine to juice. Other juices shred the fruits and vegetable to get the juice and I'm not sure if they can handle the skin, so peel it first. You can also peel and cube the pumpkin and place it in your blender with a little bit of water to puree it. Strain and keep just the juice.
2
Juice the apples and carrots combining with the fresh pumpkin juice. Add the juice mixture to a large pot and place on the stove. Add the pumpkin pie spice blend and bring to a boil while stirring. Remove from the heat and pour the juice into your blender along with the sweet and condensed milk and vanilla. Puree everything to combine
3
To assemble the spritzers, fill a 4 glasses with ice and divide the juice between the four glasses. Top with club soda and finish with a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice on top. Serve with your favorite finger foods and enjoy!
