Creamy Fettuccine with Steak
What is it about pasta and steak that makes it so delicious? Whatever the reason, I love pasta and steak in all its glory!
Ingredients
1 package fettuccine (16 ounce)
2 small try-tip steaks
4 tbsp butter,
1/3 cup diced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup quartered artichoke hearts
2 tbsp flour
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions

Cook the fettuccine as directed on the package, drain and set aside.

Sprinkle the try-tip steaks with salt and pepper. Pan fry them until they are medium rare. Remove from the heat and set aside for at least five minutes. After resting, thinly slice the steaks, set aside.

Heat a large sauté pan on the stove and add the butter allowing it to melt.

To the melted butter, add the onions, garlic, bell peppers and artichoke hearts sautéing them together for about 2 minutes.

Sprinkle the mixture with flour and mix to combine.

Pour the cream into the sauté pan and bring to a boil stirring the whole time. Sauce will thicken up.

Add the cooked fettuccine noodles and mix to combine. Add the diced tomatoes and the thinly sliced steak.

Carefully mix everything together. Serve and enjoy!
