Air-Fryer Chicken Wings with Buffalo Sauce
Air-Fryers are perfect for 1-2 people. I call them table top convection ovens. Creating chicken wings is perfect for a quick appetizer for a pre-game, party or get together. The buffalo sauce is easy to make and pairs perfectly with these chicken wings.
Ingredients
12 chicken wings
2 tsp season salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 cup Franks hot sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp butter
Vegetable Spray
Instructions
1
Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with season salt and black pepper. Throughly spray the chicken wings with with vegetable oil and toss to coat with the seasoning and vegetable oil.
2
Place the chicken wings in a single layer in your air fryer and air fry them for 25 minutes at 350 degree’s or until cooked through.
3
While the wings are cooking, add the hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and butter to a sauce pan. Bring to a simmer while stirring to melt the butter.
4
When the wings are cooked through, transfer them to a large bowl and drizzle with the amount of buffalo sauce you prefer. Toss the sauce and wings together. Whatever sauce you don’t use, store in an airtight container for 2 weeks in the fridge.
5
Serve the air fried chicken wings with your favorite sides and enjoy!
