Linguine with Shrimp
Fresh and simple, this linguine with shrimp dish will be a wonderful idea for dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
1 pound linguine pasta
1/2 cup diced onion
1 pound shrimp, deveined and peeled
1 can marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp no salt seasoning blend
1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley
1 tbsp freshly chopped chives
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the linguine pasta according to the package directions, rinse and set aside.

Heat a large skillet on the stove and add enough olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.

Add the diced onion and saute until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the shrimp, marinated artichoke hearts (cut into quarters) and crushed red pepper. Saute for an additional 2 minutes, set aside.

In a separate saute pan, add the panko bread crumbs and no salt seasoning salt, saute until the breadcrumbs are toasted. Remove from the heat and add the freshly chopped parsley and chives. Gently mix together.

Add the cooked and drained pasta to the sautéed shrimp and gently mix to combine and heat. Transfer to a large platter and sprinkle with the toasted panko bread crumbs. Serve and enjoy!
