Chicken Tenders with a Green Salad
This is an easy recipe in a counter top air fryer but can easily be done in the oven too. This is a dish is full of flavor and really easy to make!
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into 4 strips each
2 tbsp Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce
1 tbsp garlic pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups shredded napa cabbage
1 cup chopped spinach
1 tomato, sliced
1 fuji apple, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
2 tbsp vinaigrette, use your favorite
Instructions

In a large bowl, add the chicken strips, Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce, garlic pepper and the olive oil. Toss everything together to combine. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

While the chicken is marinading, toss the napa cabbage and the spinach together in a large bowl. Divide the cabbage and spinach between four plates along with the tomato, fuji apple and the avocado slices.

After the chicken has marinated for 15 minutes, place the chicken strips in your air fryer and set to 350 degree’s and cook for 20 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked through. You can use your oven too, place the chicken on a cooling rack that fits inside a baking dish. Bake at 350 degree’s for about 30 minutes or until fully cooked through.

Serve the chicken tenders with the green salad and enjoy!
