Pork Dim Sum
Dim Sum is delicious and fun to make. I use prepared egg roll wrappers to make mine simple and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
1 cup kimchi, chopped
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. granulated garlic
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup freshly chopped chives
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
Large Egg Roll Wrappers
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, kimchi, finger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, chives and chopped onions. Mix everything together to combine.

Use the large egg roll wrappers and spoon (about 2 tbsp) of the filling and place it in the center of one of the egg rolls.

Using some water around the edges of the egg roll wrapper, seal the edges up so it resembles a large “raviloi”.

Place the prepared pork dim sum in a bamboo steamer and steam for about 10 minutes.

Remove from the steamer and serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
