Seafood Salad Croissant Sandwiches
This refreshing seafood salad is perfect on a bed of lettuce or served on a croissant. However you choose to enjoy this delicious seafood salad will bring a smile to your family and friends.
Ingredients
1 pound imitation crab
1 pound shrimp, cooked and shelled (26-30 count shrimp)
1 can tiny shrimp (4-5 oz can)
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 tbsp dried dill
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning or to taste
1 tbsp black pepper
8-10 croissants

In a large bowl, combine the imitation crab, cooked and peeled shrimp, tiny shrimp, green onions, finely chopped celery and dried dill. Toss everything together to combine.

In a separate bowl mix the mayonnaise, Old Bay Seasoning and black pepper mixing everything together until combined. If more seasoning is needed, add to taste.

Add the mayonnaise mixture into the shrimp mixture until combined. Serve over lettuce or on croissants for a delicious seafood salad sandwich.
