Halloween Pizza
Spooky Halloween pizza is a perfect treat to come home to after trick or treating!
Ingredients
For the Dough:
6 cups bread flour
1 tbsp instant yeast
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tbsp salt
2-3 cups water
For the pizza:
1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz)
1 can tomato paste, Italian Style
Shredded cheese
Sliced cheese
Black Olives
Instructions

Add the dough ingredients to the bowl of your mixer and mix together. Water will need to be adjusted to form a soft dough. Knead the dough for 25 minutes.

Once the dough kneaded, transfer it to an oiled bowl being sure to spray the top of the dough with vegetable spray. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough double in size.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Pour the can of diced tomatoes into a large bowl along with the tomato paste. Mix to combine everything together.

To assemble the pizza portion 12 ounces of pizza dough and roll it into a 12 inch round.

Laddle about a cup of tomato sauce on to the round pizza dough and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. I used little cookie cutters to cut cheese slices into spooky shapes.

Bake the prepared pizza in your preheated oven either on a pizza stone or a pizza round for 25 minutes or until the crust in golden and the cheese is melting.

Remove from the oven, slice into pieces and enjoy!
