Halloween Caramel Kettle Popcorn
Here’s a fun halloween treat be a bowlful of enjoyment!
Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups popcorn kernels
1 lb prepared caramel
4 cups assorted halloween candy
Cooking Spray
Instructions

Place the prepared caramel in a bowl and into a 200 degree oven for about 20 minutes to melt it.

In a large stainless steel pot add the vegetable oil and popcorn kernels.

Place the pot on high heat and cover with its lid.

Use a hot pad if necessary to hold the pot handles and gently shake the pot preventing the popcorn from burning while it pops.

Once the popcorn has popped, dump it into a large mixing bowl. Add the assorted halloween candy (candy corn, gummies, worms…) and pour the warm caramel over the popcorn.

Use a large spatula to mix the caramel and popcorn mixture together until the popcorn has been coated.

Shape the caramel corn into popcorn balls while warm or break into pieces to serve.
