Grilled Mini Pepperoni Pizzas
Baking pizzas out on the grill is easy to do and keeps your house cool in the summer. Use indirect heat, your favorite toppings and you’ll have some delicious pizzas for summer enjoyment! Here’s a link for great pizza dough.
Ingredients
4 - 8 inch pizza rounds
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 medium onion, sliced
48 pepperoni slices
Instructions
1
Preheat your grill on hot with the lid closed.
2
Shape your favorite pizza dough (or use my pizza dough recipe, link is up in the description of this recipe) into the 8 inch pizza round tins.
3
Divide the tomato sauce and toppings between the 4 pizza’s and place them on the grill.
4
Turn the flame off directly underneath the pizzas and close the lid. However, I leave the flame on the other side of the grill on so you are using indirect heat to bake the pizzas.
5
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melting.
6
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
