Deviled Ham Sandwiches
This recipe is great to use up leftover ham from the holidays. It’s delicious as a sandwich spread and keeps for about a week in the fridge.
Ingredients
1 pound ham (I use leftovers)
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup dill relish
2 tbsp dried parsley
2 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste

Chop the ham into small pieces and place in the bowl of your food processor along with the chopped onion and celery. Pulse to to chop everything into small pieces.

Add the dill relish, dried parsley, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Paprika and ground mustard, pulsing to combine everything together.

Transfer the chopped ham mixture to a large bowl and fold in the mayonnaise and dijon mustard until everything is blended.

Use the deviled ham on your favorite bread or rolls ( I like Rhodes Bake and Serve rolls) and serve with chips or your favorite side, enjoy!
